1. About these terms

By creating an account and using Podify World, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who we are

This website is promoted by Telefuture Antilles N.V., Cas Coraweg 115, Willemstad, Curaçao, registered in the Curaçao Commercial Register under number 0743-7313-1133-9760, which acts as the commercial promoter for this service and receives a commission for introducing new customers through its promotional links.

3. The service

Podify World gives you access to 300,000+ podcasts and 60,000+ live radio stations, ad-free, streamed over the internet to your browser or supported device. You need a compatible device and an internet connection.

4. Trial, price and automatic renewal

Your trial costs £1.95, charged when you sign up. After the trial period, if not cancelled, you will be charged £19.95 per month on a recurring basis until cancelled. All prices are in pounds sterling.

5. Payment

Payments are charged to the card you enter at sign-up. You can update your card in your account settings. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the payment details are updated.

6. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, including during the trial, or by emailing contact@podifyworld.com. After cancelling you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from sign-up to cancel a contract made at a distance. If you ask for the service to begin immediately and it is fully provided within that period, this right may end early; if it has only partly been provided, you may be charged a proportionate amount for what you have used. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also always apply, and nothing in these terms removes them.

8. Acceptable use

The service is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to share your account, copy or redistribute content, or try to interfere with or misuse the service. You must be 18 or over and the cardholder, or have the cardholder's permission.

9. Content and intellectual property

The podcasts, radio streams, station names, titles and artwork available through Podify World are owned by their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access and listen to the content while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and working well, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Individual stations and shows are provided by third parties and may change or become unavailable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, where the promoter is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the United Kingdom, your place of residence.
