Exactly how the trial and the monthly membership work: what you pay, when your card is charged, and how to stop whenever you want.
The trial
Your membership starts with a trial that costs £1.95, charged to your card when you sign up. It confirms your card and opens the entire library right away. You can cancel the trial at any time, and if you cancel before it ends you will not be charged the monthly fee.
After the trial
Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription continues automatically. After the trial period ends you will be charged £19.95 per month, and your subscription renews each month on the same basis until you decide to cancel. There is nothing extra to do to keep listening; your access simply continues.

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, including during the trial, or by emailing contact@podifyworld.com. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged the monthly fee. If you cancel a paid subscription, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial months or for periods during which you had access to the service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at contact@podifyworld.com and we will look into it.
